Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Ward Al-Riyadh and your purchases from it, and are to be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Exchange Policy. They apply under the E-Commerce Law and the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By completing an order you confirm that you have read them and agreed to them.

About Us

Ward Al-Riyadh — a flower and gift shop in Riyadh, Commercial Registration No. [Commercial Registration Number], and VAT number [VAT Number]. The address and contact details are at the bottom of every page and on the Contact page.

Orders and Contract

  • An order becomes binding when we confirm it to you by message or notification. Before that it is a purchase offer from you — not a contract.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — with a full refund — if materials run out, if delivery to the address proves impossible, or if an obvious pricing error comes to light.
  • The photos in the shop are of arrangements we have actually made, and the flowers available may differ from season to season. We commit to the type, the size and the overall color; we do not commit to every single flower matching.

Prices and Payment

  • Prices are in Saudi Riyals andinclude Value Added Tax.
  • The available payment methods are shown on the checkout page. We do not keep your card details — they are processed directly by the payment gateway.
  • An unpaid order is not prepared and no delivery slot is held for it.

Delivery and Pickup

  • We deliver inside Riyadh to the districts listed on the checkout page. A District that is not listed means we do not reach it that day.
  • You choose the date and time slot when you order. The time slot is a window, not an exact time.
  • The preparation lead time and the working hours and days shown on the site at the time you order are the ones that apply.
  • Making sure the address and mobile number are correct is your responsibility. If delivery proves impossible because of a wrong address or a number that goes unanswered, we try to make contact and then return the bouquet to the store — no refund is due in this case, because the product was prepared and is perishable.
  • Delivery may be made to whoever opens the door at the stated address.
  • Store Pickup Available at the time you choose and within working hours.

The gift note and anonymous gifting

  • We write on the card exactly what you write, letter for letter. Check your text before you send it — we do not correct spelling and we do not rephrase.
  • Prices are not printed on the card or on anything enclosed with the bouquet.
  • If you choose to stay anonymous, we do not give your name to the recipient. We may have to give it if a competent authority requests it.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any offensive or unlawful text, and we tell you before the order is carried out.

Changes and Cancellation

An order can be changed or cancelled as long as preparation has not started. Once preparation has started we apply the Refund and Exchange Policy, which rests on the fact that flowers are perishable and are prepared specifically for your order.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for whatever happens through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Intellectual Property

The content of the site — images, texts, designs and the trademark — belongs to Ward Al-Riyadh and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for what falls outside our reasonable control, including the weather, road closures and service outages. In every case our liability does not exceed the amount paid for the order.

Complaints and Governing Law

We receive your complaint through the contact channels at the bottom of the page and reply within two business days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and jurisdiction lies with its competent judicial authorities.

We may update these Terms; the version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.
