Privacy Policy
This page explains what data we collect from you, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask for it to be deleted. It is written to be in line with the Personal Data Protection Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations, and theE-Commerce Law.
What we collect
- Your details: name, mobile number, email address.
- The recipient's details: their name, mobile, address and District — another person's data that you give us so the gift can be delivered.
- Order details: the products, the delivery date and its time slot, and the text of the gift note if you write one.
- Order history linked to your account if you register.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type, for security and to prevent misuse.
What we do not collect
We never keep your bank card details. Payment is processed by a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank, and all that reaches us from it is the result of the transaction: successful or not.
Why we collect it
- To carry out your order and deliver it to the recipient.
- To contact you about the order or confirm the delivery slot.
- To issue the legal documents for the transaction.
- To protect the shop from attempts at fraud and misuse.
We do not use your data in marketing messages except with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent whenever you wish.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed and no more, and only with operational parties: the payment gateway to complete the transaction, the email provider to deliver order messages, and the competent government authorities if the law requires it.
We do not sell your data, rent it, or trade in it for any advertising purpose.
How long we keep it
- Order records and invoices: for the period required by the tax and commercial regulations in the Kingdom.
- Your account data and address book: as long as your account exists — and they are deleted when the account is deleted.
- The gift note text: kept with the order only and used for no other purpose.
Your rights
You have the right to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask for it to be deleted, to withdraw your consent to its use. Requests are sent to [email protected] and we respond to them within a reasonable period. Whatever the regulations oblige us to keep — invoices for completed transactions, for instance — stays stored for the legally required period.
Cookies
We use only cookies that are necessary to run the site — keeping the shopping cart, keeping your session open, and protecting forms. If you switch them off in your browser, the cart and checkout may not work.
Data security
The site runs entirely over an encrypted connection (SSL), and access to order data is limited to the team members who need it. Even so, no system is completely secure, so we undertake to notify you of any incident affecting your data as the law requires.
Recipients' privacy
When you give us another person's details so a gift can be delivered to them, you confirm that you have grounds to do so. We use their data to deliver the order only, and we do not add them to any marketing list.
