Delivery
How long does an order take to arrive?
An immediate order arrives within two hours inside Riyadh. If you choose a later date, we arrive on the day and in the time slot you set.
How much is delivery?
None. Delivery is free to every district in Riyadh.
Can I ask for a specific time?
Yes, you choose a time slot at checkout (say, 4 pm to 6 pm). The time is approximate and we do our best to keep to it.
Do you deliver outside Riyadh?
No, our service is inside the city of Riyadh only for now.
Can I pick the order up from the store?
Yes, from Imam Saud bin Faisal Road, at no charge.
Ordering and Gifting
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes, you can check out as a guest. Registering helps you save recipients' addresses and follow your orders.
Do you include a gift note?
Yes. Write your message when you order and we write it on a card that goes with the bouquet.
The gift is for someone else — whose details do I enter?
Enter your own details for contact, and the recipient's details in the delivery section. If you are the recipient, tap "I am the recipient" and your details are copied across automatically.
I forgot to add something after placing the order.
Contact us right away on WhatsApp. If the order has not left for delivery we add it; if it has, whatever you add is treated as a new order.
Can I schedule several deliveries on different dates?
Message us on WhatsApp and we arrange them for you by hand for now.
Payment
Which payment methods do you take?
Mada, credit cards, Apple Pay, bank transfer, and payment on Store Pickup.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, every price shown includes Value Added Tax.
Do you keep my card details?
Never. Payment goes through a gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank, and all that reaches us is the result of the transaction.
Cancellation and Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge before preparation starts, and up to 24 hours before the slot on scheduled orders. See the Refund Policy.
The bouquet arrived in poor condition.
Tell us within 24 hours with a photo, and we redeliver or refund you in full.
How long does a refund take?
Up to 3 business days for Mada and bank transfer, and up to 7 business days for credit cards.
